Warm greetings of the day.

“The greatest education is not in accumulating information but in gaining knowledge.” – Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam

It emphasizes that the goal of education must not be simply collecting the facts and just memorizing information but to develop critical thinking and the ability to use knowledge effectively.

To prioritize the above and turn it into a meaningful concept, let me take the opportunity to announce the word ‘LEARN’. In the Holy Flower Family, our Motto always is ‘LEARN’, where:

L stands for: Learn

E stands for: Explore

A stands for: Achieve

R stands for: Response

N stands for: Nurture

“Learn, Explore, Achieve, Response and Nurture” captures the essence of our spirit. In our Holy Flower Senior Secondary School, children gain an all-round education and achieve their potential not just in academics but also in competitions, exams, sports, and arts. We provide our students with competitive skills, career guidance, and counselling that are necessary to enter a professional career.

Education aims at inculcating the spirit of perseverance clubbed with the right amount of inquisitiveness and quest for knowledge, leading to definite success. To foster this, one must develop discipline and follow rules and regulations. Therefore, discipline is the stepping stone of success in life. Without discipline, education becomes a disgrace. A pleasant atmosphere for smooth and successful teaching is absolutely necessary.

To create a healthy environment in and around the school for sound and smooth learning & teaching, effective rules and regulations have been implemented with disciplinary measures that help students realize the importance of discipline and become good citizens.

We do believe that smooth functioning depends on strict yet liberal and caring administration. The school administration along with the teachers' community are amicable in nature, strengthening the bond between parents, guardians, and students, making Holy Flower a true family.

The NCF-2023 highlights that education should foster the development of students' social, physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being, not just their academic achievements. All these are harmonized in an appropriate method that can be witnessed at Holy Flower by our valued parents.

We strictly follow the evaluation process throughout the scholastic year. At present, Holy Flower has started offering Scholastic Points from the 2024–2025 academic session to students from Nursery to Class XI who have exhibited meritorious performance in academics, followed by certificates of recognition.

I wish our well-trained teachers to continue pursuing the objectives of teaching professionally and efficiently, helping students gain knowledge and skills needed to become better individuals.

I wish all our students the very best in their academic careers. May God bless each and every staff member, student, and parent for their warm cooperation in carrying forward the vision of this institution — “Formation for Transformation.”

With Best Wishes,
